Thought Bucket:
Set the windows XP clock to display 24 hour (military) time.
  1. Go to the control panel
  2. Open "Regional and language options"
  3. Click customize
  4. Select the time tag
  5. Change "h:mm:ss tt" to "HH:mm:ss"
