Duties : Guidance, Protection of the Pure, Vigilance: against the creatures of the night

Rights : Any priest has the ability to seek sanctuary in any temple dedicated to Ezra.

Restrictions : Priests are subject to the will of the church hierarchy.

Followers : Upon reaching 9th level a priest is assigned 2 initiates (1st level priests) to train.

Spheres of Major Access : All, Combat, Guardian, Healing, Necromantic, Protection, Sun, Wards
Spheres of Minor Access : Charm, Summoning, Creation, Divination

Granted Powers :
• At 1st level a priest of Ezra can turn undead as per the PHB. Note that this is a better turning table than most priests receive in Ravenloft. Also note that the "sinkhole of evil" effect still applies.
• At 5th level a priest of Ezra can create a shield of Ezra three times per day. This magical barrier requires a single round to call into being and lasts a number of rounds equal to three times the level of the priest. It appears as an immobile faintly glowing sphere around the character. While within the sphere the character is immune to attacks by weapons of less than +1 enchantment. The character may heal or cast other non-offensive spells while within the sphere. However any attempt to attack or leave the sphere immediately ends the effect.
• At 6th level and every level thereafter a priest of Ezra may bring an additional creature into the shield of Ezra. Any attempt by this creature to attack or leave the sphere immediately ends the effect.
• Upon reaching 9th level, a priest can travel from any domain to any other domain that is physically linked to it simply by stepping into a pocket of Mist. The character emerges at his destination by stepping out of a similar cloud of vapor. This ability can be used once per month. The priest's Mist walking ability does not permit him to exit a domain whose borders have been closed. Should he attempt to leave a closed domain, the lord of that realm is instantly made aware that someone has attempted to escape from him. Further, he can sense the exact location in which this challenge to his authority was made.
• At 10th level and every level thereafter a priest of Ezra may bring an additional creature along when using the mist walking ability.
